The tenants (users) are invoiced a flat monthly service charge that includes all costs associated with waste handling, collection, and administration.

How are Tenant Rates established?
Brask Enterprises, Inc., using its 30 year old statistical database of tenant payment experience is able to assess and allocate accurately the tenant’s share of the cost.

Who provides the Compaction Equipment?
Brask Enterprises, Inc. provides all heavy duty rental quality compaction systems. We have a full line of carts and cart dumpers.

Who maintains the Equipment?
Brask Enterprises, Inc. has over 350 dealers nationwide that assist our service department with fleet management.

Who hires the Hauler?
Brask Enterprises, Inc. will select, hire, and manage the hauler that is best suited to handle the center’s waste collection needs.

What happens if the Property Manager needs to change Haulers?
No problem. We will simply locate and screen another suitable hauler. Our equipment is US standard and compatible.
